Eyeglass and Contact lens prescription rechecks are included in the cost of the exam within 60 days of your initial visit. ALL PRESCRIPTIONS MUST BE FINALIZED WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL EXAM DATE OR A NEW EXAM FEE WILL APPLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!
It is the patient's responsibility to follow up with their prescriptions within the 60 day period
